Heya, it's Mikayla, and I believe that I would tell you how my volleyball game went. As you see by the title of this, Official Unfairness is what happened for the JV game. *smiling sarcastically*
Okay, here's what went down. We had to arrive an hour before the game so that we could get some practice in, and if I may say so myself, we weren't to shabby during that time either. I was team captain today, and I had a few jobs.
The girls we were playing were really good. Way better than any of us, and to be fair, way better than any JV I've seen. (JV is 6th through 8th grade.) Those girls looked like they were 10th - 11th grade.... We lost the first round 25-11, and also the second round 25-7.
Here is the official unfairness.

- I had to talk to the ref about any mishaps (which there weren't any except the official unfairness)
- I got to pick which side of the floor we started on, and if we served or received first. (we served first, by da way)

When we got to the third game for Coach Fat Guy in Yellow Polo's younger girls to play, we were...sort of shocked to find out that apparently by 'younger girls' the coach meant 'THE ACTUAL BLOODY JV TEAM.' You could tell that these girls were younger and a bit less experienced. We won with 13 straight serves from this new girl at our school this year, in my grade, called Macy. I've grown fond of that chick. (The 'ACTUAL BLOODY JV TEAM' had trouble keeping the ball off the floor, so that gave us two points to get the 15 that we were playing to.)
For the actual game, we played their Varsity team instead of their Junior Varsity team as we should have.
Here's what I don't get - - -
Why did Coach Fat Guy in Yellow Polo let his Varsity team play our JV team instead of letting his JV team play us? Was he that freaking desperate to win?
Yo, Yellow Polo, W's in the books aren't going to count for you on Judgement Day, just to let ya know.
I guess that he didn't think that his JV girls were good enough...and if I may say so myself, we weren't too shabby against a team with two more years experience than us.
Sorry if this isn't so clear. It's 10 PM and I'm tired. Very tired.
(Just a fun fact, nobody really likes the school we played anyway. They're cocky, rude, pathetic excuses for human existence)
And with that being that, my name's Mikayla and I hope that you'll read whatever I write next.
